Link Recruit's USP is FLEXIBILITY. This applies to our staff, services and products alike. Link Recruit combines candidates (temp, perm, contract), clients, vacancies and appointments/to do list functionality into a single easy-to-use package. It is highly flexible, user-configurable and has comprehensive in-built security, incorporating complete audit trail functionality.

Create and auto-code candidates by drag/dropping CVs direct to the product, singly or in bulk, with the option to automatically reject those that do not satisfy particular (user-definable) criteria. Multiple CVs per candidate functionality is also supported. Search vacancies from candidates, and candidates from vacancies. Searching generates shortlists which can be ranked, browsed and refined in a number of ways then profile-summarised, batch-updated, linked to vacancies and mail/email/SMS-merged.

Create and auto-code vacancies by drag/dropping, and email the job specs to suitable candidates and/or their CVs to the client. Vacancies can then be immediately advertised direct to multiple job board websites, via technology such as Broadbean's Adcourier service.

Link Recruit is suitable for all recruitment organisations, including retained/search, contingency, temps/contract/perms, multi-office and multi-company.
